Where did we go?

My blog was very quiet from the end of May until the beginning of August. Where were we? Well, June went by fast, but wasn't too terribly busy. We took two trips to Yosemite and Levi was an instructor at a singing clinic. July on the other had was a whole different story. Lets say we had a lot of fun!

Here is our first Yosemite trip.

For the first time we took the walk to mirror lake. If was a very relaxing place to sit and enjoy the beauty around us. Next time it would be a great place to have lunch.

Catherine loves going places with her cousins. She is so lucky that she has 7 cousins that were born within a year of her! Megan is a great friend to her.

Our two Cambridge families have taken many a trip together. Yosemite is one of our favorites. It is great to have Arron, Marcy and their girls close enough to go do things together. We would love to have another Cambridge family close by too. Hint, hint, hint.

Catherine took this picture for us. We have similar ones at different spots in the park.

Levi has many a picture with a child on his back. This time it is a different child and backpack. David and Levi were both troopers.

The falls were running fast and high. It was gorgeous!

We were all impressed by the underside of the tree. It's not often that you can get this view:)

More to come about the rest of the fun we had this summer. I need to calm the masses!
