My friend, the mother of little miss on my links posted about what descriptions for houses mean. By this house description you know it is cheep, small, and you wouldn't really want to live in it unless you couldn't afford any thing else.

I completely forgot about "open floor plan." They're all open floor plans once you take the sledge hammer to the interior.
