Our Day

I couldn't let the sad picture be first on the blog for long. These are the events of our day today.

I have relaxed a little as more children have come and let Catherine sit in the refrigerator sometimes. It is one of her favorite places. She will usually come out when I ask and close the door.

We braved the heat and smoke for a few minutes of not so fresh air. Catherine has learned that her stroller can go down the hill by itself. She had fun letting it go.

We did a little photo shoot of our squirrel. This may seem strange to some, but we see her every day and she makes us laugh frequently as she bounces around. This is how hot it has been. She found a wet piece of dirt to cool off on.

She likes the camera:)
I know these picture are thrilling. This is what Bryson got with his gift card from Nana and Papa. The pilot is taking a quick break.

Daddy came home and made Catherine's day by letting her have a turn on his computer. She was beside herself with joy.

Gotta love those days where you can't do anything. It's worse now with the smoke. I can't even take Caelan to the park in the morning before it gets hot.
The squirrel is hilarious. He's pretty scrawled out on that patch of wet dirt.
Thanks for the ideas for Mastitis. It sucks for sure. I hadn't even thought about a water bottle with hot water in it. It will definitely work better than the massive heating pad that I have. It's hard to keep that thing in one place.
