Finding joy in the little things
Andrew and Bryson will spend as much time on their bikes as I will let them. They have fun racing through the parking lot and going as fast as they can. On this particular day we were taking a break in between conference sessions. It felt good to enjoy the beautiful weather.
As life goes on in an all to frantic pace I have been trying to find joy in the little things or should I say little people. Catherine is so much fun and loves to read magazines. She is always happy to help me go through the mail.

Holy cow you're kids are getting big! Andrew looks like a grownup, and Catherine is all big and sitting up! When did she start that? Adam has rolled over (front to back) but hasn't got the bum muscles yet to sit, although he loves to try.
I've been trying to just enjoy my kids lately too. I find that when I get super busy and frantic, not only are they not happy, but I'm not happy. I much prefer the slow days where we just play together.
How's Primary btw?
I keep meaning to call you, but I need a minute when both kids are sleeping, cause we all know how much they protest as soon as we get on the phone!
Not only is Catherine sitting, she started to scoot accross the floor on Nov. 1st. She isn't wasting any time.
